Website payments are not accepted for customer bookings

This page explains the Click-a-Cook rule that customer booking payments happen only through the official mobile app.

Website payment restrictions

The Click-a-Cook website does not accept booking payments, create checkout pages, generate customer orders, or process booking transactions.

Official payment channel

All customer booking payments must be made only inside the official Click-a-Cook mobile app.

Avoid personal transfers

Customers should never transfer booking money to personal bank accounts, personal UPI IDs, or unofficial payment links claiming to represent Click-a-Cook.

Receipts and transaction history

Official receipts, payment confirmations, and related records are generated inside the mobile app and associated with the customer booking flow there.

Refund relationship

Any refund request related to a customer booking is handled under the refund policy applicable to app transactions.
